For teams and coaches whose expertise deserves real structure.
I'm a learning designer and fractional L&D partner. I build the system, and I stay through the work of making it actually run.
Where does this sound like you?
THE PROBLEM
Team Leader
If you're running a team.
No clear onboarding — new hires figure it out alone
Training is scattered, outdated, or inconsistent
Success depends on specific people, not process
Growth is outpacing quality
Coach
If you're a coach or educator
Deep expertise, no structure to teach it in
Content lives in your head, not a repeatable system
Delivering everything 1:1 is capping your growth
You want a course or community, but not sure how to build it
HOW I WORK
The Underprop difference
Most consultants hand you a recommendation. Most designers build exactly what's scoped, then disappear. I stay through both, looking at the same five things on every project — people, content, timing, systems, standards — from the first diagnosis to the system that's actually running.
Start wherever you are. Need a build? I design. Need direction first? I strategize. Either way, it's one partner, start to finish.

DESIGN
Design what you need
Foundations or Bespoke — strengthen what exists, or build something new from scratch.
PARTNER
Support what you've already got
Fractional L&D partnership, whether it's a system we built together or one that's already yours.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Amra.
I built my career in corporate learning and development, where intentional, well-designed training systems were simply part of how things worked.
Smaller organizations deserve that same level of support. Most just don't have access to it yet — not because the need isn't there, but because the resources and expertise often aren't.
That's why I founded Underprop. To bring that same quality of learning design and systems thinking to the teams and organizations that need it most.
