An art museum sought to create an engaging digital learning resource based on Amy Sherald’s portrait of First Lady Michelle Obama. The goal was to provide visitors of all ages with a deeper understanding of the painting’s artistic and cultural significance through an accessible, interactive experience.

The lesson, based on an NPR segment, required thoughtful instructional design to ensure accessibility, engagement, and meaningful classroom discussion. This project was a collaborative effort, bringing together a team of instructional designers to develop a well-structured and effective learning experience.
